Flashpoint has announced the launch of the Zoom Li-On X Pro, a new addition to their R2 line of flashes. The Zoom Li-On X Pro, a roundhead on-camera flash, is designed to meet the demanding needs of professional photographers, offering 76 watt-seconds of power and a USB rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
Featuring built-in R2 radio control, this compact flash is loaded with professional-grade features, including precise colour accuracy and an improved cooling system. The Zoom Li-On X Pro is not only powerful but also user-friendly, making it a versatile choice for both seasoned photographers and those new to flash photography.
One of the standout features of the Zoom Li-On X Pro is the detachable SU-1 fill-in flash unit, which provides photographers with more flexibility in light manipulation. This sub-flash can be manually controlled from 1/256 to full power, allowing for a balanced fill-in flash that complements the main light source.
Additionally, the Zoom Li-On X Pro serves as a command centre for studio shooters, capable of commanding 4 R2 remote groups independently. It supports an optional external BP-960 Lithium Battery Pack for extended continuous high-speed recycling and longevity.
The Zoom Li-On X Pro R2 comes equipped with advanced nano glass technology, ensuring the flash remains cool even during rapid firing and avoiding overheating. Its 1.3-second full power recycle time and capacity for 500 full power flashes per battery make it ready for any photographic challenge.
