SonyAlphaRumors has published the first leaked image and some specs of the ultra-large aperture standard zoom lens “Sigma 28-45mm f/1.8 DG DN Art Lens” that is rumored to be announced on June 3rd, 2024.
Sigma’s 28-45mm F1.8 DG DN Art looks like a pretty big lens as rumored last time, but it’s not so big that you can’t carry it around if you have a clear purpose. It weighs less than 1kg, so it’s much lighter than the 1430g RF 28-70mm F2, and it doesn’t seem like it will be too much of a pain to shoot handheld for long periods of time.
