YouTuber posts video of himself rapping after allegedly killing man

Police say YouTuber Cameron Kizer Jr posted a video of himself rapping after allegedly killing a man back in 2024.
On July 25, 2024, dispatch in Fort Wayne, Indiana, received a call claiming that a relative had been shot and killed at around midnight that night.
Police immediately started an investigation to find the shooter but were left without an answer for over eight months.
That is, until April 1, 2025, when Fort Wayne Police announced that YouTuber Cameron Kizer Jr is facing a murder charge in connection to the killing.
Kizer allegedly posted on social media soon after the killing
According to WANE News, Fort Wayne court documents say that Kizer allegedly posted the phrase “head shot” on social media just after the shooting.
And, just hours later, Kizer reportedly posted a YouTube video of him rapping, allegedly alluding to the homicide. WANE says he could be seen bragging about shooting and killing people in the video, and according to court documents, he said: “I gotta finish the beef they started. You get a low on bro, then call me.”
A witness told police that Kizer had threatened the victim “for a while,” including threads on social media that were posted a week before the murder, and that the YouTuber didn’t act alone.
The report says a female admitted to police that Kizer had asked her to “set up” the victim for a robbery, and other friends allegedly helped him get a stolen car to drive away from the scene.
Cameron is currently being held in an Indiana prison over unrelated battery charges.
This is just the latest YouTuber to face criminal charges over alleged violent and dangerous behavior. In March, YouTuber Erik Conover had his first court hearing after being arrested for purportedly trying to run over a police officer with his jeep.
During the hearing, Conover insisted that the incident didn’t actually happen and called it a “massive misunderstanding.” He also claimed that he wasn’t the same person who is wanted for the charges in question and that he would “eviscerate every single person with my intelligence right now.”
