Previously on the binge-worthy TV show, the hospital was at risk of closing because too many medical staff are coming down with a sudden sickness. On top of that, Archer and Frost bet on who could discharge their patients first, and Charles’ distrust of a patient complicated his treatment.
Does that mean the drama has stopped? Far from it! Season 11 has already been renewed by NBC, and one episode stands between us and an explosive finale. For that, we’re looking at a Hayes vs. Lenox showdown.

Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 21, titled ‘Baby Mine…,’ will air on May 14, 2025, on NBC at 8pm ET.

An official runtime hasn’t been revealed yet, but we can expect Season 10 Episode 21 to clock in at around 45 minutes.

What will happen in Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 21?
As we can see in the trailer below, allegations fly against Dr. Hayes, who has an inappropriate interest in Lenox. He’s being accused of harassment, and the med staff thinks he’s going to get away with it.
“I can have any woman I want,” Hayes is seen telling Lenox, cornered alone while in an elevator. Later on, Lenox is seen telling him, “I will set myself on fire just to watch you burn,” suggesting a serious standoff is about to occur between them.
At the same time, Maggie and Frost fight to get a pair of lungs for a young cystic fibrosis patient; Asher learns whether she can become a surrogate; Ripley and Morris treat a tech billionaire’s daughter as she battles leukaemia.
