The Witcher Novel Box Set Is Steeply Discounted For Prime Day

Amazon’s Early Prime Day Book Sale has a bunch of box sets for massively reduced prices. While many of the deals are for children’s books, there are a few fantasy and sci-fi collection deals for adult readers. On the fantasy side, the most notable deal is The Witcher Saga 5-Book Box Set for only $35 (was $90). This is the best price we’ve seen in a long time for the slipcased paperback set containing all five mainline novels in Andrzej Sapkowski’s The Witcher series. The deal was originally only available to Prime members, but everyone can take advantage of this offer now.
If you’re a big fan of CD Projekt Red’s games or the TV adaptations on Netflix, this deal is the perfect opportunity to check out the beloved source material. This is great timing for another reason, though. On September 30, the ninth book in the series, Crossroads of Ravens, will be available in English. Fans can preorder the standalone prequel novel at Amazon for $25 (was $30).
Check out the box set as well as The Witcher’s story collections and prequel novels below. And if you like science fiction, take a look at Amazon’s Prime Day deal on James S.A. Corey’s The Expanse series. More Prime Day 2025 book deals will be available when the event officially kicks off on July 8.
$35 (was $90)
Though the display case for this set refers to it as The Complete Witcher Saga, it doesn’t include all of Sapkowski’s work featuring Geralt of Rivia. What you’ll get with this collection is the five mainline Witcher novels:
- Blood of Elves
- The Time of Contempt
- Baptism of Fire
- The Tower of Swallows
- The Lady of the Lake
For $35, you’re paying $7 per book, which is a pretty fantastic deal. In total, The Witcher Novel Box Set is 2,208 pages.

The box set of five novels is a great pickup during Amazon’s sale, but new readers should start with The Last Wish and then read Sword of Destiny before diving into the first novel. Both books are short story collections that take place before the events of Blood of Elves.
The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny are compiled in a matching paperback box set for $27 (was $35).
At this time, however, you’ll actually get a better deal by purchasing the collections individually in paperback.

Sapkowski would later return to the series with Season of Storms, a prequel novel set between stories in The Last Wish. The aforementioned Crossroads of Ravens, the ninth book in the series, takes place before the story collections, so it will be the first book chronologically when it releases in English on September 30. It’s billed as a standalone story, so it could prove to be a good starting point for new readers of Sapkowski’s fantasy fiction.
