First is the traditional free storage upgrade. Note that while the Galaxy S25 now has 12GB of RAM, its base storage remains 128GB. This means that pre-ordered units will be the next tier – 256GB. Plus and Ultra pre-orders will get you a phone with 512GB storage instead.
