There’s a lot to keep up with in Pokemon TCG Pocket, from its regularly released expansions, plethora of exciting cards, and plenty of events to explore. However, all of those can be eased with some free codes and rewards.
Being a free game, Pokemon TCG Pocket has a variety of microtransactions and currencies to encourage players to spend a little money. These come in the forms of Hourglasses, Trade Tokens, Tickets, Accessories, and even specific Supporter or Item Cards.
So, if you want to get the most out of the game, you may have to part with some cash to do so, or risk it taking a lot longer to unlock all the features. That is, unless you have a few handy codes to grant you free rewards.
Active codes in Pokemon TCG Pocket
As of May 2, 2025, there is only one active code to redeem, which was added as part of Golden Week and can be redeemed by all players:

Revealed on the Pokemon TCG Pocket X page, the ‘S5N4NDM00N’ code marks the first major code added to the game since its release.
Tied to their Golden Week celebrations, players can use the code to redeem Hourglasses and Trade Tokens, which will be a key way to open the latest Celestial Guardians pack and back some fantastic new decks.
How to redeem codes
Redeeming rewards isn’t particularly easy to do in TCG Pocket, as you’ll need to head to other websites and know your Support ID first. To redeem your codes, follow the below steps:
- Head to the Pokemon TCG Pocket Gift website.
- Enter your Support ID and Gift code.

How to find your Support ID
To find your Support ID, simply open up Pokemon TCG Pocket and click on the three lines, as detailed in the image below:

It’s worth noting, this is case sensitive, so be sure to copy and paste, or be careful inputting it into the website.
What are Pokemon TCG Pocket codes used for?
Pokemon TCG Pocket requires a lot of resources in order to collect ’em all or build the strongest decks. This is where codes come in. They’ll offer you free Hourglasses and Trade Tokens.
Hourglasses are the resource that lets you open more packs. Usually, you have to wait 12 hours to open a pack. However, if you trade in 12 Hourglasses, you’ll be able to open another instantly. One Hourglass equals one hour of real time.
Dexerto/The Pokemon CompanyTrade Tokens are exactly what they say in the name, they let you trade cards with other players. You’ll need tokens to transfer cards.
