Every month brings new challenges, creatures, events, rewards, and more to Pokemon Go. But for the hardcore trainers who want to squeeze all they can out of the current Might and Mastery season, the Power Up Ticket can be of big use.
Here are all the juicy bonuses players can get by purchasing the April Power Up Ticket in Niantic’s game, as well as a sneak peek of an upcoming new feature for Raid battles.
Power Up Ticket: Date & time
The April Power Up Ticket will work from Friday, April 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM until Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time. However, it can be bought starting April 1, 2025.
This purchase will help trainers Level 31 (or higher) get additional Candy XL in Raid and Max Battles and so much more.
Ticket price
The Power Up Ticket for April 2025 will give players access to bonuses and Timed Research opportunities throughout the whole month for US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency).
However, it’s worth noting that the Timed Research expires, so they must all be completed, and the rewards must be claimed before May 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time.
The ticket can be purchased up until April 11, 2025, at 8:00 PM local time, when it will leave the in-game shop. Those who want to gift the ticket to friends must first achieve a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.

From April 4, 2025, until May 4, 2025, ticketholders will enjoy the following bonuses:
- x1 additional Candy XL awarded to trainers Level 31 (or higher) for completing Raid or Max Battles.
- x3 XP awarded for your first catch of the day.

Raid RSVP
Starting April 3, 2025, at 2:30 PM PDT, some lucky players will be able to test a new feature that allows them to schedule Raid battles ahead of time.
Additionally, those who get access to the trial will be able to see how many fellow players RSVP in advance for the same battle and will receive reminders before the encounter.
