Mantra’s capabilities don’t stop with vocals. Its flexible sound-shaping architecture can also be used on synths, drums, guitars and other instruments, rewarding experimentation. The plugin offers two distinct modes for total workflow flexibility. Tracking Mode provides low latency and light CPU usage for confident real-time monitoring, while Mixing Mode delivers enhanced quality and detail for final vocal polish.

Its Correction Section combines pitch correction (Tune), gating, de-essing, and the powerful Sculpt module, which intelligently analyzes voice and microphone input in real time, then applies a refined tonal curve, bringing clarity and presence instantly. In Mixing Mode, Sculpt adds dynamic spectral shaping that tames harshness and balances any vocal tone, behaving as a smart multiband compressor, without the need for manual setup.

Mantra’s Multimode Compressor provides three classic flavors – Tube, Stress, and Multi – for musical, aggressive, or modern compression. The Multimode Saturation module offers Tape, Tube, and Digital modes to add warmth, drive, or gritty textures. The plugin also offers Harmonies, allowing to stack up to eight pitch-shifted voices with natural variation in pitch and timing. 

In terms of effects, users will find four unique delay types – Analog, Tape, Stereo, and Dual – each with a built-in ducker to keep echoes clean and tucked; Hall, Plate, and Ambiance reverbs; Modulation with studio-grade Chorus, Flanger, and Phaser effects, plus a proprietary Doubler for realistic width and thickness.
