League of Legends update 25.10 early patch notes

League of Legends just got its first big mid-season update of 2025, giving the map a complete makeover and changing the way big objectives like Herald and Void Grubs work. 25.10, meanwhile, is mostly focused on items.

Bear in mind these aren’t complete patch notes and it’s all subject to change, but the initial changes are focused mainly on adjusting items for AP champions. And there are a lot of numbers being switch around here.

Though those are the only changes at the time of writing, there are sure to be more added before the patch goes live. After all, 25.09 just came out.

Blackfire Torch

  • Cost increased: 2800 >>> 2900
  • Champion damage per second increased: 20 (+2% AP) >>> 25 (+2.5% AP)
  • Minion damage reduced: 20 (+2% AP) >>> 15 (+1.5% AP)

Bloodletter’s Curse

  • Health increased: 350 >>> 400
  • AP increased: 60 >>> 65
  • Magic resist shred per passive stack increased: 5% >>> 7.5%
  • Max stacks reduced: 6% >>> 4%

Cryptbloom

  • Const increased: 2850 >>> 3000
    • Fiendish Codex added to recipe
  • Magic pen increased: 30% >>> 35%
  • AP increased: 60 >>> 75
  • Base passive heal reduced: 100 >>> 75
  • AP scaling on passive heal reduced: 25% >>> 10%

  • Cost reduced: 2700 >>> 2650
