Johnny Somali was banned from another streaming platform and reportedly arrested after streaming himself roaming the streets of Seoul, South Korea, dancing and taunting the police.
This comes a day after a legal expert stated Somali could face additional charges. He was accused of following two streamers into a bar and knocking over a drink, with one of the streamers filing a police report. The expert said he could face charges of stalking, harassment, and disruption.
On March 22, the same legal expert, Legal Mindset, posted on Twitter/X about the new incident:
“I wake up to hear Ramsey Khalid Ismael (Johnny Somali) ran around the streets of Seoul in his boxers last night, repeatedly taunting cops until he was finally arrested (temporarily, he’s been released) and his sole live streaming platform, Parti, suspended him. Hell of a night.”

They followed up with a clip of Somali streaming while dancing on the streets of Seoul with his top off wearing shorts, stating, “Parti made the right move dumping Somali as this is a complete meltdown.”
“They want to charge me for twerking on the subway. I am allowed to twerk in public!” Somali said while dancing, adding, “Korea number one, call the police, lets go!”
A viewer posted screenshots of the Police later appearing on his stream before it ended, stating, “And the stream stopped. So, let’s see. Johnny Somali ran around South Korea in his boxers, asking random Koreans to call the police on him, the police arrived, and he thinks it’s unfair that he should be arrested. What an idiot.”
Johnny Somali, whose real name is Ramsey Khalid Ismael, traveled to South Korea following a series of chaotic streams in Israel and Japan.
He was then charged with obstruction of business for disruptive behavior in November 2024, following a stream in a 7-Eleven shop in South Korea, which he pleaded guilty to when his trial began in March.
