Jake Paul spends $39M on massive 5,749 acre property in Georgia

YouTuber turned professional boxer Jake Paul has spent $39,000,000 on a massive property in Georgia made for hunting, fishing, and more.

After years of uploading YouTube videos and the transition to being a boxer, Jake Paul joined his brother Logan in Puerto Rico after buying a $16M mansion in 2023.

Paul revealed $4M worth of updates he made to the house in a video back in September 2024, but now the internet star has bought another property in the United States.

In June 2025, Jake Paul purchased a massive 5,700-acre property in Decatur County, Georgia, for a staggering $39M.

On June 18, John Kohler and Associates revealed that the massive property was purchased by Jake Paul. According to the company, the $39,000,000 deal is among the most expensive land sales in Georgia’s history.

The asset features around 5,746 acres with “diverse habitat” and “world-class wildlife and recreation” as it sits along over four miles of a local lake and has a population of wild quail, pine forests, whitetail deer, wild turkey, and, of course, fishing opportunities.

As for the house, Jake Paul’s new residence features eight bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms – and that’s without counting the guest cottage, manager’s home, and four-stall horse barn.

John Kohler also shared an inside look at the YouTuber’s new home in a video on YouTube.

Jake is just the latest influencer to break sales records after buying a new property. Kickstar Adin Ross recently spent $25M to buy a mansion in Davie, Florida.
