Indiana Jones and the Great Circle headlines Xbox Game Pass in December
An active Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass sub will give you day-one access to the first major Indiana Jones game in decades on Dec. 9. Pre-installation is available across all platforms, so definitely start the 134 GB download now if you want to play the game as soon as it unlocks.
Polygon correspondent Michael McWhertor described Indiana Jones and the Great Circle as “an incredibly ambitious game” after an Aug. 2024 preview at Gamescom, praising the charm of its iconic protagonist and the puzzle-solving that is one of the pillars of its gameplay.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled also joins the Game Pass lineup, regardless of subscription tier, on Dec. 4, alongside previously Ultimate-exclusive games Forza Motorsport, Hauntii, and Humanity. EA Sports WRC, Overthown, Wildfrost, Carrion, Road 96, DayZ, and Goat Simulator will also join various Game Pass tiers throughout the coming months.

While most everyone will obviously be focused on Indiana Jones and the Great Circle next week, I can’t recommend existential puzzler Humanity — currently available on Game Pass — enough if you have the time.
