How to move furniture in Schedule 1

Schedule 1 requires you to utilize all sorts of furniture for your drug-dealing business and here’s how to move them around.

Your goal in Schedule 1 is to ultimately expand your own drug empire. Before that, however, there are a lot of things to learn if you want to make the best products whilst staying out of trouble. 

As you need several supplies and tools to mix ingredients and package your goodies, you’ll need to maximize your space to fit them all. This can get really tricky, though, especially if you’re still staying in a small room with limited space.

That’s why knowing how to move the furniture around is essential. Though this is mentioned in the tutorial, it can be easily missed – so here’s how to do it.

Schedule 1: How to move furniture

To move furniture in Schedule 1, position the white dot crosshair on it and then hold right click. After you do this, the furniture will turn almost transparent-like, and you’ll be able to place it in a different spot by moving your mouse to that location and pressing left click. 

There’s also a chance it could disappear and show up in your inventory. In this case, you just need to press the slot number it’s in and put it back in the world using the same method above.

How to rotate furniture

If you’re unhappy with your placement, you can rotate the furniture by pressing Q and E on your keyboard.

One important thing to remember is that you can’t move furniture that still has things inside it. For example, if your Packaging Station still has leftover baggies, you’ll need to clear those before moving it. The same applies to the Grow Tent if it still has a plant inside.

Additionally, not all furniture can be moved around, the sink in the motel room being one example. You also can’t have multiple pieces of furniture collide with each other. So, do keep those in mind when you’re reorganizing your workspace.
