Marvel Rivals is giving away a free Mantis Flora Maiden skin for a limited time, and here’s how to unlock it in the game.
After lots of anticipation, Marvel Rivals Season 2 is finally live, bringing Emma Frost as the newest addition to the roster, balance changes to existing characters, and new Team-Up abilities in-game to shake things up.
Plenty of new cosmetics have also been added, as seen in the Season 2 Battle Pass. There are two skins from the Pass that are entirely free, but if you’re looking for something extra, then you wouldn’t want to miss out on the Flora Maiden skin for Mantis, which is completely up for grabs.
Unlocking this reward is a bit different than most skins that are free right now, so here’s everything you need to know to get it.
How to get the Mantis Flora Maiden skin for free in Marvel Rivals
The Cerebro Database Event will require you to complete all pages to get the Mantis skin.
The Flora Maiden skin for Mantis is the final reward in the new Cerebro Database Event. To claim this skin, you have to complete challenges in all of the four Cerebro Files that will be gradually added throughout the season.
As a simple way to put it, think of a Cerebro File as a set of missions. Each Cerebro File features a grid, with each of the tiles inside representing a particular challenge. There’s no order for completing the challenges – it’s all up to you where you want to start.
It’s worth knowing, however, that you’ll get to unlock a reward every time you complete missions that form a line in the grid. This applies to every direction, whether that’s horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, as long as it’s a line.
This event was introduced on April 11, 2025, and will be available until May 9, 2025. So, you have time until then to grind all the challenges to get the skin.
All Cerebro Database Event challenges & rewards
Currently, only one Cerebro File is available in-game, which features a page dedicated to Emma Frost. Some rewards you can get here by completing the missions are Chrono Tokens, Units, and Spray.

- Take 20,000 Damage as Emma Frost in Quick Match, Competitive, or Practice VS. AI
- Read Emma Frost Lore: Forged in Hellfire
- Secure 40 Assists in Quick Match, Competitive, or Practice VS. AI
- Win 1 match in Krakoa: Hellfire Gala
- Stun 10 enemies with Psionic Seduction as Emma Frost in Quick Match, Competitive, or Practice VS. AI
Rewards
- Complete 1 line: 100 Chrono Tokens
- Complete 2 Lines: X Emma Frost Spray
- Complete 3 Lines: Impending Doom Gallery Card + 75 Units
