“Thierry and Adrien have been part of the Holophonix story since its very origins,” says Gaëtan Byk, CEO and co-founder. “Thierry was the very first person I called in 2017, when Holophonix was still just a research project. I’ve known him for nearly 30 years, and he was one of the few people who first sparked my passion for sound and its intersection with art and technology. I feel immensely proud to have him with us today, in a role that seems tailor-made for him: imagining, by my side, the sound technologies that will shape the next years and even decades, and disrupt the audio industry,” adds Gaëtan Byk.

“Adrien, meanwhile, joined us soon after as one of our very first developers, through a CIFRE PhD in partnership with Université Paris 8 — following a recommendation from Thierry, who was then his professor. His boundless passion during our first meeting has never faded. His skills and energy have only grown stronger, naturally leading him to become team leader and CTO. I’m proud that he chose to continue the journey with us after completing his PhD, and I’m excited to see how both of them continue to shape the company’s future,” adds Gaëtan Byk.

Francesco Papaleo, Project Manager and Application Engineer, plays a vital role in designing sound environments that make a lasting impression on clients and audiences, from experimental installations to performance spaces.
