DJI, has unveiled the DJI Zenmuse H30 Series. This launch marks a significant advancement in enterprise payload technology, providing exceptional day and night visuals with unmatched detail from greater distances and precise angles. The H30T and H30 models are both all-weather, multi-sensor aerial payloads, compatible with the DJI Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 350 RTK.
Key Features and Innovations
Comprehensive Multi-Sensor Integration
The H30T model integrates five major modules: a wide-angle camera, zoom camera, infrared thermal camera, laser range finder, and NIR auxiliary light. The H30 model includes four modules, excluding the infrared thermal camera. Both models utilize intelligent algorithms to enhance day and night vision capabilities, offering clearer visuals in diverse environments.
“Once again, DJI has pushed the boundaries of aerial visuals to set new perception and imaging standards with the Zenmuse H30 Series,” stated Christina Zhang, Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at DJI. This innovation aims to enhance the effectiveness of drone pilots in various critical operations such as search and rescue, firefighting, utility inspections, and conservation efforts.
Superior Vision and Detail
The Zenmuse H30 Series boasts a high-resolution 40MP zoom camera with up to 34× optical zoom and 400× digital zoom. This allows operators in public safety, emergency rescue, and energy inspection to capture minute details, such as reading a license plate from 650 meters away. The Electronic Dehazing function further improves image clarity in smoggy or high-humidity conditions.
The series’ image stabilization algorithm ensures stable imagery for detailed inspections, while the laser range finder provides precise positioning information for subjects up to 3000 meters away, performing significantly better than previous models.
Enhanced Night and Thermal Imaging
In low-light conditions, the Zenmuse H30 Series transitions to Night Scene mode, utilizing IR Light and NIR illumination for improved night vision. The Full-Color Night Vision and Black-and-White Night Vision modes offer high-quality recordings and live views, essential for night-time search-and-rescue missions.
The H30T’s infrared thermal camera, with a 1280×1024 resolution and 32× digital zoom, can measure temperatures up to 1600°C. This feature aids firefighters in hotspot detection and helps search and rescue teams identify minor temperature differences. The Ultra-High Resolution (UHR) Infrared Image function ensures clear thermal images at higher zoom levels.
Environmental Resilience and Reliability
With an IP54 dust and water resistance rating, the Zenmuse H30 Series can operate in harsh conditions and extreme temperatures ranging from -20° to 50°C. This durability makes it a reliable tool for various challenging environments.
