Black Ops 6 & Warzone Blaze of Glory event dates & rewards

The Blaze of Glory event is coming to Black Ops 6 and Warzone, and for the first time in BO6’s lifecycle, players can earn an exclusive camo just by playing either game.
Although many players are growing tired of it, Season 3 Reloaded is ramping up the stoner content in Call of Duty. The High Art event brought Seth Rogen skins to multiplayer and BR, while LTMs like Joint Operations have given fans a fun break from the seriousness of normal matches.
Now, another event is coming with a fresh batch of 4/20-themed rewards. Here’s everything you need to know about the Blaze of Glory event in Black Ops 6 and Warzone.
Blaze of Glory event dates
The Blaze of Glory event gets underway on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, less than a week after Season 3 Reloaded arrived. It’s set to last for just over a week, before coming to an end the following Thursday on May 15.
This is also the date that High Art is scheduled to end, so the two will run side-by-side and let you earn prizes from both at once.
Blaze of Glory explained
To earn rewards, all you have to do is pick up Blaze Bucks that drop from defeated enemies across multiplayer, Zombies, and battle royale, or from Supply Caches in Warzone.
Collecting these items levels up the event pass, and you’ll receive a new reward at each milestone. There is no limit to the number you can earn in a match, either, so you should have no trouble unlocking every cosmetic.
Best modes to grind
Although you can progress the Blaze of Glory event by playing any mode, some are better than others in terms of drops.
As always, Black Ops 6 Zombies is the best route to go down if you want to get it done as quickly as possible. Blaze Bucks drop from defeated enemies, and since Zombies asks you to kill a lot more than multiplayer or BR, the number of drops is much higher.
Alternatively, if you prefer to stick to regular multiplayer, any mode that lasts longer and features larger teams is perfect, such as 10v10 Moshpit. 6v6 matches on Strike maps like Stakeout also work well, as you’ll find yourself getting many more kills and it’s much easier to pick up the Blaze Bucks after they spawn.
Rewards
Only three rewards have been confirmed so far, with the main prize being the Highly Decorated camo. This is the first time that a new camo has been added to Black Ops 6 that can be unlocked through an event, rather than weapon challenges.
The Vendetta Perk is also up for grabs, which marks the location of the last enemy that killed you on the map for a brief time, giving you the chance to take revenge. Meanwhile, Zombies players can earn the Frost Blast Field Upgrade, which creates a blizzard that slows all enemies that walk through it.
We’ll be sure to update this page with a full breakdown of all the rewards and milestones once they’re revealed.
