Bizarre bus simulator game has you checking tickets & fighting old ladies

TROLEU is a truly bizarre simulation that puts you in the shoes of a bus conductor who uses their authority and fists to keep public transport running smoothly.
If you’re bored of the usual AAA releases, there’s a wealth of weird and wonderful indie titles out there. From fishing sims that are actually terrifying horror games to those that put you in control of an underground drug empire, the possibilities are endless.
Now, there’s a game that’s perfect for anyone who’s ever felt the rage of being stuck on public transport with a problematic passenger, where you can literally throw them off a moving bus.
TROLEU is a bus simulator with a violent twist
Currently available as a demo on Steam, with a full release coming in the future, TROLEU lets players control a trolleybus conductor to experience the “oddly captivating routine of public transportation, where ensuring passengers’ travel validity becomes your top priority.”
You issue tickets, check that any travel passes are legit, and even tidy up the bus to ensure a pleasant journey. But while playing as a jobsworth might not sound like the most riveting way to spend your day, the real fun starts when a troublemaker climbs on board.
If you spot suspicious activity from the travelers, who all give PS1 Hagrid vibes, you can take matters into your own hands by throwing a few punches. You can even push them out the door of the moving vehicle and watch as they fly off down the street.
Need to blow off some steam? You don’t even need a valid reason to pick a fight, whether it’s a snarky businessman, an alien, or even an innocent old lady. No paperwork, no repercussions, just a bus full of people cheering you on.
We’ve all wanted to throw an annoying passenger off the bus from time to time, so here’s your chance. We won’t judge you.
