All vehicle types in GTA 6 so far: Jets, trains, bikes, more

Now that we’ve seen the second GTA 6 trailer, we’ve broken down every moment of footage along with every new screenshot to capture all the vehicles confirmed for the game.
Although GTA 6 just got pushed back to May 26, 2026, Rockstar has eased the pain by dropping a new trailer. Our longest look at the game yet revealed a range of new characters, locations, weapons, and so much more.
It’s clear the highly anticipated GTA sequel is set to be one of the most ambitious open worlds we’ve ever seen, so of course, we’ll need plenty of vehicles to get around Leonida. But what exactly can fans expect?
We’ve gone frame by frame, delving deep into every shot to capture all the unique vehicle types Rockstar has revealed thus far, of which there are plenty. Below is a comprehensive, alphabetized look at every vehicle type you can expect to ride around with when GTA 6 arrives next year.
ATVs
All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) are making their return in GTA 6, with a number of variants appearing across Leonida. There are custom-tuned ATVs that are fit for flexing on the side of a street, but we’ve also seen beach-ready ATVs stationed at lifeguard posts.
Bicycles
Yes, we finally have confirmation that bicycles will be available in GTA 6. It’s a blink and you’ll miss it moment at the very end of Trailer 2, but looking at the bottom of the final shot shows us a civilian riding their bike, and in a dedicated bike lane, no less. It’s clear this will be a widely supported method of transport, and we could see the return of proper cycling races as well.
Buses
Buses are indeed prevalent throughout the city of Leonida, and given how many NPCs can appear on screen at any given moment, it seems these buses can get pretty packed too. One shot in Trailer 2 has a bus in the distance with plenty of passengers waiting for their stop.
Boats
There are all sorts of boats in both GTA 6 trailers and the accompanying screenshots, ranging from speedboats to newer hovercrafts and plenty more in between. Some are designed for just a small group, while others are far bigger with multi-level designs allowing for a dozen or so friends.
Cars
Obviously, what would GTA really be without your regular four-wheel vehicles? We’ve seen a great many unique cars in the lead-up to GTA 6, with everything from pick-up trucks to luxury sports cars, convertibles, trailer trucks, and plenty more.
An interesting tidbit, however, is the fact that cars can now attach additional storage or even boats and other vehicles via tow hitches at the back of the vehicle.
Will GTA 6 have real cars?
With dozens of unique cars set to be available in GTA 6, will any of them be real? From those we’ve seen thus far, they’re all fictional brands, rather than licensed from real companies we know.
Much like in all other GTA games, it’s safe to expect Rockstar will keep to the trend, creating all of its own in-universe vehicle manufacturers, rather than paying to use real brands.
Helicopters
Of course, you can take to the skies in GTA 6 as well, and there are plenty of unique helicopters that we’ve already seen in early footage. There’s one with army-grade weaponry attached, another for news channels to capture crimes from overhead, and a number of more leisurely options too.
Jetskis
Jetskis are a fan-favorite in the GTA series, and they’re confirmed to be available in GTA 6 once again. We knew this from the very first trailer, and we saw a great deal more throughout the second glimpse as well.
Kayaks

Looking for a moment of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Leonida’s sleepless city center? It turns out Kayaks are now set to be available for the first time in a GTA game.
Mobility Scooters

It’s unclear if Jason or Lucia will be able to take control of one of these directly, but we’d certainly bet it’s likely. Mobility Scooters are in GTA 6, and they could just make for the most viral getaway chase in franchise history. Here’s hoping we can install some NOS.
Motorbikes
Many motorbikes can be seen throughout the early footage and initial screenshots, ranging from proper biker gang material to more speedy superbikes. You’ll have plenty of options on the two-wheel front in GTA 6.
Planes
Soaring through the skies has long been a favorite activity in GTA, and we know for certain to expect a number of unique vehicles in which to take off in. There’s the big jumbo jet, which we might not be able to pilot, just like in GTA 5, but then we’ve seen everything from smaller private jets to more rinky-dink biplanes. There’s no word yet on a military-grade jet like those inside Los Santos’ Fort Zancudo.
Police vehicles
Racking up a five-star wanted level comes with its consequences, and the police aren’t messing around in Leonida. It appears there will be different vehicles hunting you down depending on your location, with some more specialized for beachy areas, and others for the countryside. We know to expect everything from regular cop cars and helicopters all the way to armored trucks.
Trains

Trains are making a return as well in GTA 6, but there’s no telling just yet in what capacity. It could be that we’re able to hijack trains like in GTA 4, or it might be that they’re utterly unstoppable, just like in GTA 5. We’ll have to wait and see on this one.
Yachts
Rounding out the list as luxury yachts the size of horizontal skyscrapers. We’ve already seen some absolute behemoths on the water, outclassing all other smaller sea vehicles around them.
