All items in Peak & what they do
Peak may have you scaling a mountain with your friends, but that’s hard to do with just your hands and feet. Sometimes you need a few items to help you along the way.
Who said climbing was peaceful? Well, in Peak it’s certainly not. This climbing adventure is chaotic, to say the least, and is by no means an easy expedition. Players have to deal with tricky conditions, tough climbs, and enough items out there for you to really lose track of what helps and what harms.
Well, while we can’t help you communicate with your friends to ensure you don’t all fall, we can help with knowing what the items do. After all, you’ll need a few of these to survive. So, here are all the items in Peak and what they do.

There are tons of items in Peak, all offering something different to your playthrough. Below are all items in Peak. To find the one you’re looking for, simply type it in under ‘filter item.’
