A game called Titanic Escape Simulator has been making waves from the moment screenshots of it began to spread online. However, the dev has pulled the wool over everyone’s eyes on this one: None of the screenshots on the store page for this game are real. They’re all AI.
Using AI in game development isn’t a particularly new concept, as the idea has been picking up traction over the past few years. Some companies heavily rely upon it, using AI tools to bounce ideas off of or to generate concepts in a way that helps artists visualize a final product.
However, Titanic Escape Simulator is a different situation. It has an official store page and a pending release window of 2026, but every single screenshot for the game is AI generated and almost no one has noticed.
There are posts with hundreds of thousands of likes about this game that have people believing the screenshots they’re looking at are in-game footage and not AI.
Viral Titanic Escape Simulator game is completely AI generated
Here’s an excerpt from Titanic Escape Simulator’s description on the PlayStation store:
“April 14, 1912. You retire to your cabin aboard the majestic RMS Titanic. Hours later, you’re jolted awake by an ominous shudder. The unsinkable has met the impossible. Experience the most famous maritime disaster in history through immersive first-person survival gameplay,” it claims.
“As the frigid North Atlantic waters breach the hull, you’ll navigate a meticulously recreated Titanic in a desperate race against time, rising waters, and the physics of a 52,000-ton vessel succumbing to the deep.”
The description goes on to detail different gameplay elements like a dynamic flooding system, hypothermia mechanics, and an “emotional narrative”. However, every image on the store page appears to be AI generated.

It’s pretty zoomed out at a first glance, enough not to see small details like text being gibberish, balconies being at a slant, and the entire ship looking like it’s imploding at the top without the hull below it being cracked.
All of the showcased screenshots have bizarre striations, turning what should be ornate metal latticework into a jumbled, muddy mess. People’s proportions are strange and misshapen. Light fixtures are mounted to walls directly on top of what appears to be paintings.
Additionally, there are no trailers for this game that show it in motion, nor are there any original text assets.
So, while this game from solo developer Tetyana Vysochanska may very well be in development, it likely won’t look anything like the images that are on the store page.
