Blue Prince is by no means an easy game to complete, especially when you come up against a safe without a code in sight.
Tasked with finding the mysterious room 46 in an ever-changing mansion, the highly rated Blue Prince features tons of puzzles to solve throughout your adventure, some of which are naturally much harder than others.
As you explore and unlock the various rooms, you’re bound to come across a variety of mysterious safes, each with a hidden code. Within those safes are usually some handy gems and rewards, but also clues for other rooms and other puzzles, so it’s vital you get them open when you find them.
So, here’s how to unlock all the safes in Blue Prince.

Shelter Time Lock code
This code is a little tricky as it changes depending on your run. To unlock it, follow the steps below:
- Check the day it is in your playthrough.
- Count the number of days from November 7 to now.
- Set the time to around 10am.
Then, wait until it opens and you’ll get the rewards, a gem and a letter.
It’s worth noting, during our playthrough, we’ve only found seven different safes to unlock. However, as we find more and discover the codes, we’ll be updating this article, so be sure to check back soon if your safe’s answers aren’t listed above.
