One Marvel Rivals character has been labeled “the most broken DPS” by Twitch streamer Ninja due to how his ultimate works and abilities.
Marvel Rivals boasts a plethora of different characters in the roster, each with their own abilities and Team-Ups that make their gameplay feel unique. But like any other hero shooters, it’s no secret that some heroes are just better than others.
Throughout the past seasons, we’ve seen players call out Hela and Hawkeye as busted characters at one point. Even Human Torch is already causing quite the chaos, even though he was just added in the midseason update.
For Twitch streamer Ninja, however, the “most broken DPS” in the game goes to Winter Soldier or Bucky, making it clear he’d rather go against anyone else than him.

Ninja expressed his frustration regarding the Duelist character during a stream, repeatedly saying that he hates Winter Soldier. “I’ll play against Storm, I’ll play against anybody, all my homies hate Bucky, bro,” he said.
Ninja then stressed he’s the “most broken DPS” in the game, bringing up that every ability he has refreshes his ammo, giving him more HP – not to mention that he can “pull all six players if he wants.”
Aside from his abilities, the streamer also pointed out his ultimate, which essentially resets—with other team members also being able to contribute to this reset if they do enough damage.
“Everything about Bucky is f****ing busted, and he makes it through every banning phase. It’s astonishing.”
He added: “If Bucky can hit an ultimate, which is the easiest ultimate in the world to hit, and then someone else can finish it for you, that’s a joke.”
Devs tend to roll out balance changes throughout the season, and only time will tell if they’ll tweak Winter Soldier’s kit.
