PewDiePie
The King of YouTube himself, Sweden’s own Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg, went from being as skinny as a toothpick to a total heartthrob.
According to PewDiePie, working out was tough at the beginning, but in doing so, he also changed his mentality on food. As a result, he was snacking way less and eating more proteins.
As for his abs, the creator says they “came out of nowhere,” despite only working on them five minutes a day. The YouTuber works out of his gym at home, famously boasting sparse equipment, making his transformation all the more impressive.
MrBeast

The most-subscribed YouTuber of all-time, MrBeast had his own drastic change after starting on his own fitness journey in 2022.
The YouTube icon revealed that he’d halved his body fat percentage in just ten months by working out and dieting religiously with help from a personal trainer.
By 2025, MrBeast has gotten extra ripped, replacing his gut with a toned, flat stomach.
Nikocado Avocado

Perhaps the most insane transformation on this list, Nikocado Avocado went from being an overall thin YouTuber to gaining so much weight from mukbang content that fans became concerned about his health.
However, it turned out that for two full years, he was secretly uploading pre-recorded videos – and during that time, he actually lost 250 pounds.

In 30 days, Kai was able to bulk up significantly. It’s certainly a challenge to build muscle in just one month, but the streamer clearly got chiseled, with his shoulders and chest appearing much more defined.
David Dobrik

It’s crazy what a wager can do to someone. As part of a bet to get fit, Dobrik agreed to buy 20,000 of MrBeast’s Feastable bars if he wasn’t able to get jacked within a year.
This led to fitness guru Ilya Fedorovich coaching Dobrik, taking the YouTube star on a huge journey to get in shape – and the experience paid dividends for the trainer, too.
Because Dobrik was able to win the bet, MrBeast had to gift Fedorovich a brand new car. Dobrik’s new bod took over the internet, even convincing some viewers that it was actually Photoshopped.
Sketch

Twitch streamer Sketch was another streamer who saw huge success in just a few weeks of focused training.

Kick star Adin Ross’s body change may not be as noticeable as others on this list, but those in the fitness space took note of how well Adin did.
After posting a before and after photo, internet-famous bodybuilder Joey Swoll couldn’t help but chime in with how impressed he was with Ross’s progress.
“As someone who has coached for a VERY long time, you can absolutely see the changes in his physique. I see improvement in his midsection, shoulders, arms, and chest. This is a very good and believable transformation,” the TikToker praised.
ZeRo

Retired Super Smash Bros pro and YouTuber Gonzalo ‘ZeRo’ Barrios has had a controversial past, but his physical metamorphosis has to be seen to be believed.
Afrer being banned on Twitch in 2020, he was allowed back on the platform in 2025 – and by that time, he had hung up his GameCube controller and picked up weights, instead.
In the process, he went from being nearly 400 pounds to a bodybuilder, and has even started helping others to reach their own fitness goals.
FaZe Lacy

Lacy joined FaZe Clan as part of the org’s rebrand, but over the course of one year – from December 2023 to December 2024 – the streamer buffed up and slimmed down.
In April, he was over 250 pounds, and vowed to lose 50 in just three to six months.
His motivation proved fruitful, with his stream success going up as his body weight went down.
