The Latest Update Nikon Z6III Specifications

Nikon Rumors recently unveiled intriguing specifications about the much-anticipated Nikon Z6 III, shedding light on its potential capabilities and features.

Nikon Z6 III Rumored Specifications

  • 6k size 6048 x 4032 full-frame 12-bit NRAW
  • Full HD movie at 240fps (8-bit crop)
  • 14 fps mechanical, 20 fps electronic shooting (RAW)
  • No bird AF at the time of release but it could be added in future firmware updates
  • HDMI A (version 2.1)
  • USB-C 3.0 (SuperSpeed)
  • Several new features not seen in other Nikon cameras including online firmware updates
  • Official announcement expected in April/May

The information seems to come from a reliable source, so it seems promising. The Z6III is capable of continuous shooting at 20 frames per second in RAW when using the electronic shutter, so it seems to be capable of shooting moving objects quite well.

The video also uses 6K and full HD 240fps, which is more enhanced than the Z6II and Zf. Also, the HDMI terminal has been changed to a larger and more durable Type A, which will likely be welcomed by users who mainly use video.

  • $400 off on Nikon Z6 II body at B&H, Adorama.
  • $500 off on Nikon Z8 with 24-120mm f/4 Lens at B&H, Adorama.
