In late January 2024, Niantic confirmed that Normal/Dragon-type Drampa will be inserted into Pokemon Go. This creature first made its debut during the era of Sun & Moon.

How to get Drampa in Pokemon Go
Drampa can be obtained in Pokemon Go beginning on February 5, 2024, when the Normal/Dragon-type creature makes its debut during the Lunar New Year 2024 event. It’s fitting that a Dragon-type debuts during the Year of the Dragon.
As part of the Lunar New Year 2024 event, Drampa will be made available in Three-Star events. Additionally, players who complete Field Research tasks during the Lunar New Year 2024 event may encounter Drampa upon completion.

Can Drampa be Shiny in Pokemon Go?
Yes, Drampa can be Shiny in Pokemon Go when the Normal/Dragon-type debuts in February 2024.
Traditionally, Niantic usually does not add the Shiny form of a Pokemon when one makes its debut in the mobile game. However, that will not be the case with Drampa.
The Shiny version of Drampa will be available alongside its regular version during the Lunar New Year 2024 event.
